"The front desk is very disorganized. Refrigerator is not working and I’m supposed to be here for 9 days. They said they will not replace the refrigerator and won’t say why. They just tell you that it’s not working and not even an apology. They are also extremely nosy, always asking if someone is staying at the hotel.
