"Approach road very narrow and 11 Kms from Main road. No WiFi at hotel. Mobile connectivity not there. Walkie Talkie is provided for communication with staff. Safety is a major concern. No senior staff was there throughout our stay. Service is very good,which is one of the few plus points."

"It was a pleasant stay at Avadale. Avinash was there to assist with all the details even though his counterpart was on leave. He offered a bigger room on request that made our stay even better. Food rate is nominal, it was prepared fresh and the taste was good.(Gobi chilli alone was on the saltier side) Couple other noteworthy instances was of Avinash calling to state the room booked was non ac. "While booking hotel room it very clearly said hotel will provide 2 water bottles and hot water . However, after check-in nothing like water bottles when initially asked was denied and then after complaining next day 2 bottles were provided. Hot water is not 24hrs so we had to wait for hot water. Rooms and hotel actual state and picture provided at time of booking is just opposite. I don’t recommend this to any people traveling with family or friends "

"Heritage resort has a spectacular location , seated right on a hillrop, views to just het lost in Nature. The property has a well maintained garden and a great infinity pool. The food was amazing and we could indulge in the local cuisine. Thank you to the staff who were very courteous and made our stay memorable.. "
