"Lovely historic hotel in the heart of the city. Parking was very tricky (as noted by another reviewer) and made more difficult with the Christmas market. However, the hotel staff was extremely courteous and accommodating. Our room was a suite with separate living area and bed. The bathroom was modern and well appointed. Excellent location!"

"This stay was good, my second stay here. For me it is well positioned close to a gym and public transport. Room was ok, quite small this time around, TV has his own mind, luckily i don`t need it. Breakfast is alright, could be much better with a bit more variety (breakfast is quite important for me)."

"I enjoy this hotel a lot. Two things to help improve: 1 curtains need to be more black out as the lights from the street illuminate the entire room; 2. luggage that is left needs to be secure and not left in the lobby. I returned to see my expensive luggage sitting out in the hall where anyone could take it. The staff are always wonderful"

"We only stayed here for one night with our two kids before flying home but it was a pleasant stay. The bed was comfy, room was very clean, sofa bed was made up for the kids already and we appreciated having a kettle & coffee machine in the room. The kids also enjoyed having the games to play on the TV. The breakfast was good, a small choice of hot food (eggs, bacon, sausage) and good choice of other bits (cereal, pastries, fruit, yogurt). "The hotel is in an excellent location, you can walk everywhere! Lovely, friendly staff who made us feel very welcome and special for a birthday weekend. We had a room with a kitchen which was handy and kitted out however missing cleaning things, cloth etc. Would recommend staying here!"
