Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well stocked with supplies that many other hotels skimp on these days, such as a toaster, dishes, tea and coffee, and individual shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in biodegradable packaging. "Good location, clean and comfy accommodation. Compared to other local accommodation this is good value for money. The only gripe is the rooms are not very well sound proofed, you can clearly hear the guests in the adjacent rooms. Didn't stop me sleeping once I'd asked them to be quiet."

"This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them. We stayed for a week on daily rates but had no top up of supplies. We had to supply our own soap, bin...

"We booked for a init but on arrival found out that a small living room with kitchen amenities was downstairs and the dormitory style bedroom upstairs with the two not bein interconnected and the only way to access one from the other was through an outdoor staircase. We spoke to the owner who told us that there were other units in the complex which were a complete unit, which were not available at the time as they were not clean. "It’s in the middle of nowhere. The staff were good and friendly but not enough to make our stay pleasurable. No WiFi, so if that’s important to you then I do not recommend staying here. Tv was small and old, not working when we were there. You need a car, next town is 32 km away, no place to have dinner near by. But overall, it’s ok, if you don’t mind being inconvenienced at least for one night. "
