"Overall property was pretty good with garden area and outside dining. Food was acceptable. Off the main road and so less dust and traffic noise. Fan and AC unit worked. Room not as clean as it should be. Main problem, they had screen doors on each room which made a loud banging noise every time they were closed. With about 20 rooms that can make for a lot of unpleasant noise especially at all hours of the night. Also lots of people were smoking in all of the nice outside areas, not in the rooms...

The breakfast was satisfactory, not many options for the vegetarians, but not bad either. Their lunch and dinner menu is a bit expensive than the Restaurants outside. "The owner accommodated us in another property inside the city limits stating that their property is under repair ! The accommodation provided was having just rooms with a/c facility, no hot water, running taps with a kitchen and dining hall. No swimming pool. Had booked because this was near to the forest and not with in city area. The person accommodated in alternative property never spoke about the difference of amount refundable for all the shortfalls. "We really enjoyed our stay at Traveller's Jungle Camp. We were picked up from the bus park out of town free of charge and taken to the property, which itself has lovely gardens. The room was very nice, and the staff were fantastic. We enjoyed the tours organised by the hotel. The hotel is in the middle of town, so an easy walk to places. Happy to recommend."

"Good place to stay for your safari vacation - nice and quiet. The staff was overall friendly, but some off the staff were not so welcoming or good at giving information - maybe just shy. Like when we checked in, there was no "welcome" or small talk, and no info on breakfast time or that you had to leave your key to get the room cleaned. The service was very good, we got our breakfast and packed lunch in time and a ride to the bus stop when we were leaving. Would stay here again if I ever go...

"Our Stay at the Jungle Sunset Camp was a real good surprise! The Hotel is on the river, very quiet, but still walking distance to the main street of Sauraha (not so big). The room is quite nice, spacious and clean. The bed is indeed slightly hard, but that's our preference, so we slept super well. There is hot water in the shower (not that common in Nepal).
