"My visit was one of nostalgia -- the property (pools and room) needed updating, but were clean. Staf could have provided a warmer reception. Visiting from the US, we did not know about the holidays and one entire day, hourly, we heard fireworks going off. I was there mainly to visit Abasolo, but they did not have a local map -- I relied on social media for places off site to eat lunch and dinner."

"Receptionist Lupita was very courteous, professionalism, and serviceable to any of our needs. My so. Ended up getting very ill and the some of his meds needed to be fridge. Without hesitation the hotel assisted us with refrigeration and service. We were there 9 days 8 nights. Every single day was pleasant and very serine. Definitely returning here. "

"Overall very beautiful property. The Mexican culture & culture of the town comes to life throughout the property and rooms. The staff were always willing to help & accommodating to whatever I may have needed (extra towels etc). If and when I return I would definitely be staying here again."
