"I had one of the balcony rooms during my stay and it was magical. I was able to see the castle when laying down to sleep. Great views overall. As some other reviews mention, the rooms are small. I was traveling alone so the size was not a big deal. There is not an elevator but staff was more than willing to help taking my luggage up and down the stairs. There weren’t many English channels on TV (totally expected that), but they do have YouTube, Netflix, etc. Cute little set up and lots of light.
