I have paid for the room in full on Hotels.com. I struggled just to get a receipt that I have paid cash again for the room. Breakfast was only a piece of bread and jam with coffee. "

Very excellent staff in a very underrated city. Khenifra is a great spot if you don't want the craziness of Marakkech or Fes. We all slept great here and highly recommend it."

"A really off the beaten track ( only locals) little gem of marroco. Enjoy the walk around the river with it's little platforms where women prepare you a lovely tajin or some roast meat."

"On Aug 26 We reserved one night through Expedia. When we arrived, we found that the hotel gate is locked with a chain and doors are locked the hotel seems closed for a while or out of business. I contacted the Expedia agent. I never get my refund back and you guys you still advertising this hotel in your website. Even contacting the owner and no answer so ever."
