"I love the views from this hotel. It is a nice walkable area within walking distance to many restaurants and not too far from the pier area. We stayed here last year over New Years Eve and they were just starting to implement a “paid parking” system , which is fine, i don’t mind that , but they also did away with the “welcome coffee station ‘ in the lobby. That is a problem for me. It is a simple thing that hotels can do to make guests feel welcome ,and taking that away means i did not step...

"Initial experience was bad. Even though I called way ahead of check in time and said I was arriving late, they told me no problem, they kept my initial room, when I called the second time to update them on my arrival time, they told me they didn’t have that room available anymore! I have to ask for management to resolve the “problem”; they did and got a nice room and had a great time with my family. "

"All was as expected. These Marriott properties continue to have weird shower set ups, with a single sliding glass door situated right underneath the shower head. Doesn't make sense to me, but someone designed this without ever taking a shower, I guess. Not a major quibble!"
