"The worst hotel I have ever visited. This hotel is highly not recommended. You should look for another hotel that is much better. Every time you enter or exit the hotel you have to pay for parking many times. The hotel lobby is hot and stuffy because there is no AC. The hotel corridor is also stuffy and dusty. The bedroom feels stuffy, the floor is dirty, and feels damp. The hotel yard is dark and quiet in the middle of an empty shopping complex. There is no welcome or assistance from the hotel...

Staff are very friendly, F&B is ok - but not fantastic, Gym area not ok - major uplifting needs here, Pool area is also a bit distressing. Rooms are ok, but need renovation. "Where do I start? first thing, the check in process was confusing, no bell boy attended to welcome us, once we checked in we found out that the room was in the new building which was quite far and we should reload the baggage back into the car again and drove to the building, it would be nice if someone has welcome us and told us about this before we unloaded our tons of luggages. When we finally got in the room, no wi-fi, yep no wi-fi and limited cable tv channels, we felt like back in the 90s...
