TERRIBLE STREET WITH HOMELESS PEOPLE COOKING ON THE STREET. Fithy lanes. . I refused and checked in at the Taj hotel at 13 midnight. We waited 1 hour for our reservation in the lobby for rooms . Never again .please boycott and delist this hotel company for misleading out of town guests."

"Lack of amenities, also there were not many options for breakfast or even normal food, also there were no tea or coffee packets present in the room, because of covid norms (as they said), but I assume Rs10 per room won't save their expenses. Also drinking water should be packed bottles in these covid times. "

"It is located in one of the posh areas of Chennai, close to US embassy and 10 minutes to shopping. Somewhat skeletal staff but friendly more like B&B."
