"On check in, I was advised I should have booked 2 rooms rather than 1 although booking clearly stated room was for 4 people. It was then suggested that 2 adults and 2 teenagers needed to sleep on 1 king size bed. I explained this was not feasible and an extra single bed was provided. Apart from this, reception was receptive to requests. They sorted issues out like the shower not draining well. Lovely sauna and steam room. Please consider having more parasols by the pool. "

The location is in a new development so it is a little out of the way. Bangalore traffic is a concern if you need to go into the city. Outside of the hotel there is not much going on.
