"We had a beatiful room with a porch facing the street but with trees and foliage blocking the street for the most part. Nice comfortable chairs on the porch. Disappointed it didn't face the water but after talking to others I think we got a better room. Room was beautiful with little kitchen. No microwave which would have been nice but a stove. Staff were great. Lovely bar and pool area overlooking the ocean. "

"It was awesome from the minute I arrived. Family owned business that went out of their way to ensure every detail was covered. Helped book excursions, gave suggestions on things to do. The food was incredible, everything I had and I had at least 2 meals there a day was delicious. The waitresses were friendly and responsive The bartenders were all so much fun with great personalities. Gave average rating on noise but learned turn AC on and that drowned it out. "

"Our family had a wonderful 5 night stay here! We booked a over the water bungalow and it provided a beautiful every day. The staff were great! Alejandro helped us find a sloth that was in the forest behind the hotel. Breakfast was always healthy and yummy. We had dinner once and it was tasty too. "Hotel staff was really friendly and responsive. Hotel is not really modern, but is fine for a short stay. It was clean. Breakfast is very basic but good. Hotel is NOT located in the main Island, consider the costs of water taxi to move around: 1 usd during the day and 2usd during the night per person. We were a group of 7 and that was an increase in unexpected costs. "

"Pretty far out location. Very isolated and that can be good sometimes! Be prepared to take an expensive shuttle boat both ways offered twice a day and if you miss it, it's a $150 boat taxi. Cocktails were great! Restaurant was slow with okay food and relatively expensive, but no other options around. Bastimentos is a cool island, I found more to do on the island closer to Bocas Town. "
