"I like this property it's good enough, it's right on the water right on the main drag where you go to eat. However, do not let them put you on the first floor that doesn't have an elevator. The carpet in the entire building really smells disgusting and sometimes the smell comes into your room. The air vent from your bathroom on the first floor rooms, 100-109 faces an alleyway and you can smell cigarette smoke and cat pee waft in. The bed mattress is excellent, super soft. "We were on our way to Saranda, Albania so decided to spend a couple of days in Corfu before making the one hour ferry ride to Albania. Although the hotel is only 15 minutes from the ferry terminal, ($54CAD taxi) it is about 25 minutes from Old Town. We took the city bus to Old Town on recommendation from the hotel and it was a little over $3CAD to the Old Town where we had a wonderful time. "Overall a good experience and good location. The room did smell of sewer gas the first couple of days, which finally faded. Fresh towels were not provided when the room was made up, but were provided when requested. "
