"Inexpensive hotel right in the heart of Ioannina. The PLUS is they have their own private parking lot— worth the $ right there. Good signage directing you as well. Lady at front desk was so friendly and helpful. Elevator/ lift is very small, so could be a problem if there were lots of people waiting. Nice lighting in room. Windows had a metal pull-down shade as well as curtains— nice blackout for those that like that."

"My stay at Ialna hotel was amazing. The location is great, the interior of the hotel, the exterior and my room where beyond what I expected. It is very modern but has a traditional feel. My room was spacious and comfortable. The service was also great. When I come back to Ioannina, this is where I will stay. The only difficulty in the stay was with parking. The hotel is inside the fortress and the roads are very small. Parking is very hard to find. "

"I stayed in Room 302 for one night November 23, 2024 even though my flight was delayed due to bad weather, so I was only able to stay the one night instead of the two I had reserved it for. The room does have a safe. The code to my room door was having issues that it would not let me in, but the sfaff were very helpful in changing out the batteries and had no more issues with getting inside my room. "Nobody at reception, breakfast was served half a.n hour late on day we needed to get an early start cause we were hiking the Gorge. On the hotels website it said breakfast bags and a shuttle service could be arranged. But no help with that. The breakfast was worst we experienced in Greece so far. Hospitality and punctuality is not this hotels strong suit. A lot choices in the area, don’t ruin your holiday over a few bucks. "
