"This is a very nice, family run hotel. Food in the evening was excellent, as was breakfast. The building is quite old, but it works. The area is very nice, and the water is very close by. If you're wanting to stay in this area of the island, we would recommend this hotel. "

"Jenny's Garden is a series of wooden houses of varying size in a little compound not far from the centre of Kalmar. I stayed for 4 nights in 2 of them. "Water in the shower never got warm. Shower itself is grimy. Tiny beds with tiny thin blankets and one tiny pillow per bed. There never seemed to be anybody working there. Hotel is directly next to the highway so you never quite escape the noise. Generally miserable. There was no breakfast as advertised."
