"The reason, that we chose this hotel is the reviews of other customers. Extremely friendly, helpful and polite staff, clean rooms, comparatively far from the center (we were looking for a calmer and quieter place and for us the location was not a problem - 15-20 minutes walk from center) and extremely tasty and good food - delicious breakfast and good restaurant for the rest of the time). "The lady we met at the front desk the morning we woke up made up for the discomforts of non English speaking administrator on the phone the day before, the cigaret smell in the room etc as she was very friendly, good in English and helpful in every way.
