"Location is quite far from Downtown and difficult to access. When I made my reservation it said 5 minutes from the Downtown and we traveled 25 minutes with lot of steep ups and downs. The receptionist was not really friendly at all, there was no hot water in the shower, the spa bathrooms were really bad and stinky.. The jacuzzi pool was nasty. The kids pool slide was kind of dangerous. Beds in very poor condition and too noisy due to other guests' pets, Poor disabilities access. Bad WiFi...

"Keep in mind that these are like small apartments (without kitchen and living room) there is no receptionist or staff that cleans the room or help you in case of any needs. It is a little tricky to find the place (I asked an officer that was nearby to help me find it) once I find it I needed to call the provided number(3 times because they were not answering) in the Expedia App due to the door being lock. The other issue is the lack of parking. Yes there is a parking place 3 meters away but...
