"Myself and a friend stayed for 12 nights (2 ladies. ) I can say that without doubt it was one of the best holidays I've had. Firstly every member of staff was attentive, kind, friendly and went above and beyond every time we needed anything, from advice, to booking trips, buses, extras in our room (kettle) literally everything was taken care of. "I believe the hotel rooms are being renovated. I was in one of the old basic rooms. Not much wardrobe or drawer space, but adequate for my single occupancy. Staff are friendly and helpful. If you are fit and healthy you’ll probably manage the steep climb walking back from Gouvia, otherwise recommend hiring a car. "

"Nasos, ran front desk and bar at same time. He was truly amazing. He made our stay truly fabulous. Hotel was easy to get around town either walking or by bus. Hotel was clean, good AC and WiFi. Would stay here again."

" Hotel is relatively quiet, but frontage street is quite busy with ferry traffic access/etc. Not noisy at night and staff were generally helpful. Room was clean and comfortable with harbor/ferry views. Breakfast was above average. Parked outside due to closure (permanent?) of underground parking area."

There were issues with the cleaning crew missing for few days. The room was fine. The hotel needs a sign at the front, when we got there weren’t sure if that was the right place "
