"Great Hotel! My only problems involved my room. There was no hot water and clogged toilet. The maintainance staff was not the best. The took there time getting to my room and made a mess when repairing the washroom. One of the rooms i booked had an issue with the airconditioner."

"From desk assistant manager or supervisor is not supportive at all. I had injury in my leg and my children requested me to be flown back to UK. This man not only gave me 2nd floor but far from lift and he knew I’m not as young and I was carried to Hotel. I needed extra sheets and towels all he says to any request was policy this and that. Yet I was there on and off for a Month this to me is bad customer service. Others staff GOD bless them. They were absolutely fantastic "

"Perfect location, excellent staff,from the reception to the cleaners and the restaurant staff are all nice,cheerfull and very helpful. They pay attention to your needs and do their best to make your stay very welcoming. Also the sucurity departments are excellent. I will recommend this place anytime. If you are flying from abroad,be rest asure you are welocme here. The price is also not bad and the restaurant offers buffet 😋 I love it."

"What an amazing place. One of the best service experience I’ve received Nigeria. The cleanest hotel in Nigeria. The staff were just exceptionally professional, I can’t fault anything here. The only thing I can say is probably not within the control of the hotel as it’s very common in Nigeria. If they can find a way round the one minute power switch over from generators. That will be great. All in all, I will use again and again. "

"I was a first timer, I was disappointed with their tardiness. I needed hot water because the kettle in the room was made of plastic and it is known that plastic at high temperature could be cancgenic. When I requested for hot water it took them over an hour to bring the water. There is no soap dish stand in the bath room. To continue your bath you have to keep your soap on the floor.
