"Staff were efficient and the staff person in charge of the breakfast buffet was friendly. Hotel was clean but the towels and bed linens were old and had holes. Carpet had seen better days. However, the room was comfortable and good for one night if you just need to crash after spending time at Jirisan. It's a bit far from city center and the more lively area but is decent in a pinch."

"This is one of my favorite places I stayed in during my trip to S Korea. I picked the smallest room since I’m solo with a backpack, and it was a perfect size. There were actually two twin mattresses stacked (they can be side by side to accommodate a travel companion), and that made it extra comfortable. "The area’s really great - Jeonju Hanok Village is a big tourist attraction and well worth it. This place on the other hand not so much. Customer service was outrageously rude and inconsiderate.
