My partner was feeling unwell on the day of check-in, and they accommodated an early check-in with no problem. "Totally false misleading room description - the basic "Double Room, Balcony, Sea View" option was described as "45 square meters" with "sea view" and "kitchenette". The green room (and all rooms on that side) is at most 20 square meters (no way it is 45 sqm). There is absolutely NO sea view as what you see is apartment complex and hills on opposite side. In fact, the sea is behind you so there is no way to see the sea from room balcony (physically impossible). And as for the rooms on the other...

"Beautiful home on the hill with an infinity pool overlooking a private bay. This is a little piece of paradise outside the noise and the hustle and bustle of Hvar town, but only a 10 min drive away. The owner, Tony, is very friendly and accommodating and will drive you to town for 13 euros each way. It is about a 45 minute walk. Very secluded and peaceful! Perfect for a romantic get away or for families, but come prepared as there is nothing near by but 2 quite pricey restaurants. "

The bathroom was about 4 x 4‘, including the shower. So there was nowhere to put anything down in the bathroom.
