"Great property, amazing reception and restaurant staff. Reducing one star because of poor in room service and housekeeping. I have never experienced such a slow housekeeping service even in any non star hotel. Still giving 4 stars for other amenties and excpetionally good reception and restaurant staff."

"Hotel charged for 3 persons but did not provide extra bed as beds were broken. One person had to sleep on thin mattress layered & no mosquito repellent given . We could not sleep at all. It took 1 hour to finish dinner. Few hotel guests walked out as they did not get even water for half an hour & their baby was crying for water . Reason was just one waiter serving 8 tables. I will never go here again."

"Comfortable room , staff were mainly friendly although sometimes as a solo traveler I felt that they prioritised other guests (families) and had to wait longer in the restaurant. Plastic water bottles in the rooms - please consider using filtered water to reduce plastic. Good location away from the city (about Rs200 in auto) but walkable to several other restaurants too. No laundry facilities. "

"The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Their strong work ethic and adherence to cultural and traditional greetings were truly heartwarming. Shalini from the restaurant provided exceptional service, always taking great care of us whenever we dined there. Overall, it was a peaceful trip and a pleasant stay."

"Stayed 3 nights. Overall good. Staff were helpful. It is close to the palace and reasonably quiet due to double glazing. Breakfast was OK. Only problem was WiFi dropping out a lot."

"Reasonably OK for the price, Parking and approach to the Hotel(the road is very congested, and other vehicles are parked waywardly on the road making it difficult to reach the Hotel). Also, the security asked to park somewhere in the street, and after a quarrel, he provided the space in the nearby hotel which they own). "

"The overall experience was good, but with few exceptions. The rooms are neat and clean, but the washrooms could be better. However, I was really taken by surprise when found that they had closed/locked the property main doors (Gates) after night and it’s hard to go out for a walk and return back if require. Never had any previous experience where the hotel locks up the guests at night."
