"The room was clean ,also ensuite was clean with plenty of towels. We did not eat in the hotel as we were out with family so cannot comment . Hotel is fairly close to busy roads but you cannot hear or see traffic . We were pleased with our choice of hotel ."

"On check-in there was a very rude woman trying to attract the attention of the receptionist to complain about so called 'bed bug' which probably didn't exsist because she said they were in the room not on the bed. The receptionist was calm and continued to deal with us, actions that the rude woman accused of being ignored. We had no such experience. "The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. There was a hairdryer and a fridge plus plenty of tea and coffee for a brew. Breakfast was small buffet styles with bacon, eggs (scrambled or poached) beans and you could help yourself to taost, selection of cereals, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt and croissants. Pleasant and friendly, would recommend and definitely stay again. Very close to the pier and sea front."
