The hotel is located in the beautiful countryside of Austria and our room had a beautiful mountain view! Breakfast was superb and most of all, the staff were friendly and helpful! "1. Very nice and helpful staff at the reception. Employees at the restaurant cannot really communicate or answer questions unfortunately (other than the lovely woman in breakfast) 2. "Basic hotel room but very good value for the money. Just needed a bed in a hotel for my drive on the Grossglockner. Complimentary Summer Card which provides free entry to the Grossglockner and was a nice surprise. Saved me 43 euros. "
