"It was a nightmare. We were stranded in the middle of the night without rooms. Hotels.com confirmed our booking and when we reached the hotel around 12:30am, we were told the rooms were cancelled. We were shocked and were pissed with the counter service staffs too. Will never book this hotel as we found a better quality hotel rooms down the lane. "
