"Staff was very understanding and accomodating when we checked in late at night on a rainy day. Suite was just as described, the only thing was that the people above us were EXTREMELY LOUD. We could hear what must have been a party because furniture was being heavily moved around, someone sounded like they were bouncing a ball and we could hear their voices so clearly, we had to ask front desk to tell those people to tone down the noise at 9pm. Other than that, our stay was very nice."

"Isolated lodge in lovely rural setting. Friendly manager, comfortable room and excellent breakfast, perfect for a one night or short stay. Would use again if visiting that area."

"We like the unit. It was big enough for our family. Really liked the location and also the quick response from staff. Just one thing though, the ac is not centralized so the bedrooms were a bit hot. You need to open the bedroom doors for the cool air to circulate. We managed and had a good time. We’ll be back."

"The experience overall was okay. the management reached out immediately when knocked. The best part was that the property was very close to the lake. However there were certain things that needed attention. Eg; the sofa had dogs white hair, the cushion looks like it was bitten by a dog, one of the kitchen cabinet was broken, the blind in the loft room was busted, dead spider on the blinds, the main bedroom bed was extremely squeaky. "

"We stayed here with our large family and really enjoyed it! Will definitely come back. Beds were comfortable and units were big enough for our family to be comfortable. It was very clean, outside of some crumbs in the kitchen drawers. The kitchen could we stocked a little better, but it wasn’t terrible. Great views and a bonus to have the roof top to hangout! "There was a last minutes confusion with booking of 3BR, which was changed to 2BR, lead to a lot of communications, waste of time and stresses for me. There was no reply to my communications to resolve the issue. There was some phone communication but the voice to was clear, but by texting the response was fast and helpful thorough the trip. My request for the discount rate was considered by email, and I will check my visa to make sure it is deducted. Access to the fob or keys were a bit...
