However, I don’t see how making the bed and emptying the bins is really against their environment. I didn’t event wants my towels or linens changed. The check in process was quick, even though there were 6 couples ahead of me, the staff were helpful and friendly and communal areas were clean. There are no signs for the lifts/elevators but the staff pointed out their location. The room was also clean, tidy and spacious, especially the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and we could set our own room temperature...
