"Nettes kleines Hotel in guter Lage und mit reichlich Parkfläche. Der Eingangsbereich ist sehr modern und einladend gestaltet, der Zimmerbereich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teils aus der Zeit gefallen (Flachspüler-Toiletten, Fernseher muss über zwei Remotes bedient werden). Zimmer war etwas kalt, aber ausreichend groß. Der Pool im Keller ist recht klein, sehr spartanisch gestaltet und entbehrt hinreichender Ablageflächen für mitgebrachte Gegenstände. "This small hotel is located on a quiet residential street. My double room was clean, with a cosy seating area and a balcony with pleasant view. The hotel is flooded with light and has many homey touches throughout. Breakfast was basic, but sufficient. This was a good base for exploring the Southern Harz region. In Bad Sachsa I especially enjoyed Fannys schnitzel and waffle house restaurant, with nice views into the forest and friendly service. I also recommend the hiking trails above nearby...

"Ich hatte im Nebengebäude ein Einzelzimmer für 1 Nacht. Personal sehr nett. Frühstück gut und am Vorabend der Burger war hervorragend und sehr günstig. Leider hatte ich im Badezimmer kein heißes Wasser (weder Dusche, noch Waschbecken). Als ich dies angesprochen habe, wurde nur gesagt, dass die Heizung dann wohl wieder ausgefallen sein, man sich das anschaut aber ein Techniker noch keine Zeit hatte. Anscheinend blieb die Heitung aus, denn auch am nächsten Morgen gab es kein heißes Wasser."
