"The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and clean. The staff are just amazing. So sweet, friendly, and helpful. They lay out quite a spread for breakfast amd have excellent meal choices for dinner as well. Great food and service."

"The hotel is cozy and very pet friendly. The decor feels like a old German home. Bed was comfy and room was clean. My favorite part of the hotel was the restaurant downstairs. I have a pork and noodles which was AMAZING! My dog was even able to hang in the restaurant. Morning breakfast was very good. "

"The bedroom was good and spaceous but that was it. The breakfast was extremely disappointing with very limited options, especially on the first morning when only a few other rooms were staying in the hotel, and they did not restock the food or drinks - basically First come, First Serve. We were not advised where to enter the hotel after the reception is closed, and after coming back from Europapark, we found ourselves locked outside with no one to assist us. Only german spoken in the hotel."

"Good communication from the hotel. We arrived late and check in was very easy to get our key from the locker. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was lovely and warm and clean. The room was serviced daily and the maids made cute shapes with our pajamas which the kids loved. Breakfast was great and kept well stocked during busy periods. Thank you for a lovely family stay. "

"Seems like a nice hotel with good spa facilities. We had a non smoking room, but it stank of cigarettes and the bathroom smelt unclean. The hotel staff didn’t speak any English (I no we were in Germany but basic pleasantries would have been nice) so don’t expect any help. Didn’t complain about the smell in the room as unable to make ourselves understood."

"The staff are lovely and really helpful. Really helped us with language barriers so that we could get a taxi. The rooms are perfect and you really couldn't be any closer to Europa Park. If your planning a trip then stay here....."

"Room lovely, large and modern, beautifully furnished. Breakfast top class, good choice of quality bread, meats, cereal, yoghurt etc. Lovely walk to Schiltach. Nice area. Nice bakery opposite. On check in, we arrived very early. I just went to reception to let them know we arrived, not expecting to necessarily check in, and stated we were early, we knew. Still got told off by lady on reception, which was not necessary. Then the evening meal was disappointing, hard over cooked chips , my wifes...
