The hotel is centrally located in Baden-Baden and convenient to shopping and other sites. We were here for the Christmas markets and they were only a few blocks away (easy to walk to). We recommend this hotel and will probably stay here again."

We couldn't even order some hot coffee during the afternoon as all the machines were off. The village is ok(ish) but good luck using your card for paying, it seems they got stuck in 2015 as cash is the only option. The hotel's pool, spa and breakfast were good."

We had a little blip when the property was locked when we got there, but a kind delivery man was very helpful and reached the owner (?) for us. Clean rooms, new bathrooms. They held our luggage while we roamed the town after check-out."

"Hotel is located on a hill overlooking the valley - wonderful sunrise views. Property is well maintained and rooms/bathrooms well appointed. One issue for us - we may have been placed into an accessible room - the bathroom light was tied to the door of the bathroom opening - there was no way to control the light other than the door (I asked). If you use the bathroom at night, and do not want the light to come on - you had to pull your key out of the main switch at the wall which cut all power...
