The service was top notch, the room was lovely (with an incredible view), the breakfast was delicious, and the entire experience felt so personalised and first class that we already started planning our next visit in winter. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly enough, but we were reminded of the difference between 3 and 4 star. The room, whilst clean and comfortable, was very basic indeed; towels were small, no toiletries, a bath with a shower attachment (but no shower curtain), not a single picture on the wall or anything that could be described as adding a bit of individuality to...

"Upon on arrival the receptionist was leaving.. check in was not until 2 we arrived early at 11 thankfully b/c there would not have been anyone there to check us in. The staff was friendly though. They charge 85$/night for additional persons which seems steep to me. We did not use the breakfast service nor would we have spent $170 on breakfast. There is no pool at this location… I think guests should have access to the sister properties amenities, similar to other places we’ve stayed in other...

"This hotel is so centrally located with bus and train stations within walking distance. You can also walk to the ski lifts. The host Andre Arnold were both very helpful with whatever questions we had. The room was very big with a sitting area, large bathroom and a beautiful view out of the room."
