"We were charged for 2 deluxe rooms and one deluxe but not beach front for a total of 4 millions but when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist was not aware of our booking and gave us 3 wooden rooms which were 3 times less expensive. They didn't want to refund the difference which is unacceptable. TO AVOID. Except that the hotel was totally empty and the all structure not well maintained."

"We loved our weekend at River Ray! I went with a couple friends and my dog, and we all had a lovely time. Very relaxing at the pool and the beach. We even got upgraded to a sweet villa! The staff we great and it was nice to see other people there with their dogs. But the resort area was still clean! The only downside was that the beach is covered in plastic (not the reaort’s fault!) and there was a loud camping group nearby playing extremely loud music. I never really understood if they were...

"I was sizzling and sweating during the night while the air condition on high. Must wear sandal whole time because the floor extremely sticky! They don't have breakfast buffet nor more option alike other resorts! I order Vietnamese rice with grill pork and orange juice from the menu! They said kitchen went out pork, only fried rice with scramble egg in Chinese style, but the worst thing ever, the food was served cold and orange juice was orange soda! Very disappointed!"
