"I liked the hotel very much, but the property certainly needs an update. The decor is fine, just rundown. What a beautiful bar, but the wood is chipped and stained. The room was spacious but the furniture was dated. I’ll still visit again, but these superficial things are what keeps this hotel from achieving greater status in my book."

"Be careful around this area as with any area close to HbF. But, extremely convenient to the HBF. Just ask for extra towels and pillow if needed. Taxi drivers outside the hotel only take cash. "

"My favourite place to stay whenever I’m in Frankfurt! Perfect location for me, walkable from train station and getting to the cultural sites of the city is quick and easy. Lovely staff, always friendly and helpful. Terrific rooms with breathtaking view of the river. Will always stay here! "

"Great stay! Bars and clubs close by was a lot of noise on the weekend but was easy to sleep through it. Breakfast was really good too. I would stay here again. "

"First time in Frankfurt and picked the Westin Grand. Hotel was clean and decorated beautifully. Staff were helpful and kind. Always helping with any questions asked. Room service staff were as well and food was delicious. Will be staying again on our next stay in Frankfurt. Highly recommend. "

"This is not the first time I stay at a Moxy Hotel . All my experiences with it have been great but this was the best one so far. :) The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. A special shout out to João Pedro. What a kind, fun and helpful guy. "Communication with the staff is only by a supposed iPad in the room. We did not have one so we had to go to the front desk if we needed anything. The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was one of the very best that I’ve experienced. It was close to the train station which made our day trips very easy. We loved the “best western” theme of the hotel.."
