"The property is great. The staff is awful. Very standoffish. They make you feel that you are an inconvenience. I never received a email in regards to their dining policy. "Lovely traditional style hotel on the side of the lake with beautiful views. We had a great room which was more like a suite so we could chill after each days long walks. The staff were very friendly, relaxed and helpful, and they made the trip special as it was my husband's birthday. It also seemed like a lot of the locals came to eat there. Charming all round. "
