"We were quite pleased to find this quaint, Bavarian-style hotel for our only night in Austria. Our room was spacious and had a back door that opened onto a small outdoor seating area that was part of a green space that was accessible to the guests from other rooms. We could see the mountains and wished that we had more time to spend there. We had both dinner and breakfast there, and the food was above average. We would go back."

"I can understand why this hotel gets such high ratings on hotels.com. It is excellent! The service at the reception desk was particularly noteworthy and their help to get castle tour tickets was appreciated. My only negative comment is that, since breakfast did not close until 10am, we were still emerging from the shower at 9am. The room cleaners were already entering the room before 9am! This happened for three out of four of our nights. "
