Apparently there is a 4-digit code to enter. Again, I don’t remember reading about that on your website. In any case, surely that 4-digit code should be texted or emailed to guests prior to their arrival. So, my initial impression of the hotel was not good. "Useful having a car park next to hotel, free for guests. Good roast in the evening. Staff were very welcoming at reception. Sadly, they had a problem with the heating while we there. A heater had already been placed in our room and situation explained to us. But the bathroom was too chilly for a shower....brrrrrr. it was a nice place for a one night stay, close to high street shops, but quiet at night, so we slept well. "
