"I was looking forward to wonderful weekend away but the hotel just does not live up to its pictures, maybe it did 10 years ago. The hotel needs a serious refurb as well as the grounds of the hotel. The pool is definitely not this clean and blue as in the pictures anymore - it needs a paint job and a proper clean. The bed I slept in made such a noise when you moved, it was terrible. "The pictures on the internet and the pictures of the actual venue does not correspond. When we arrived we were taken to a container. When I questioned it the assistant told me that was what I booked. I then showed him the pictures and insisted that I speak to the owner. I called the owner who in return was non accommodating, even after I sent him the pictures. I contacted Hotels.com which sorted out the matter for me. This took me the whole part of 1 hour. "
