"We were very disappointed with this hotel. The staff was very nice and most of the inconveniences were not their fault. However, the hotel has many deficiencies: there is no elevator, so you have to carry your suitcases up flights of stairs, the hotel restaurant is not open on weekends which we were not told (and doesn't have an English menu). "I did not get the room type I reserved. I sent an email but No reply?! "

"The best part about the room was the size and there was a bed for my family of 5. Everything else was very disappointing. There was not toilet paper in the bathroom, appliances were broken and worst of all the shower drain was clogged and didn't drain. When we brought this to there attention nothing was done about it until we complained again. Then they gave us keys to second room so we could use the shower. Other issues, the hotel was supposed to have free breakfast and on our second day nobody...

"Great stay. The breakfast is good and the folks working there are really nice. The only downside is that there is no A/C, so we actually took the mattress out to the patio and slept outside. It was SO hot inside. "
