"The sanitation was poor coz there were tiny cockroaches in the room despite the first night the staff tried to tackle it. No replacement room was offered even when we asked to move. The aircon was not cold during the first night but the staff cleaned the unit and somehow it worked. The bedsheet was not replaced despite we asked for replacement. Good thing I noticed coz there was a tiny black dot on my bedsheet which I found was still there after the room was being made up. It’s a disappointment...

"The bathroom was disappointing - dirty & not well maintained. The room had no mini bar - a bit of an inconvenience. The wifi was very poor. We stayed 4 nights, and on all days, there were many instances where noise from team building activities, people using loud hailers for wake -up calls through the corridors of the rooms, and blaring sirens from the team builders disrupted the peace of other guests.
