"Although aware that early check ins are not assured, I came back three times to be told that the room reserved for us was not clean yet. Fine with that - but when I was finally checked in I was informed that I was getting another room because their cleaners did not finish cleaning all the rooms so they had to move around all their reservations. Not cool, but we were only there to sleep overnight hence we let the matter go. Otherwise, breakfast was good and the beds were soft and comfortable. "

"A bit run down, the mattress downstairs bedroom is EXTREMELY HARD, uncomfortable! Need more blankets, only gave 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 days, had to go out and buy. Also the patio looks much different than the pics, there was an ashtray of cigarette butts that needed to be emptied. The check out instructions specify to used a designated laundry bag under kitchen sink, there was no bags. The bathroom sink drains very slow, and if you’re tall ,don’t stay here! "I booked a REGULAR king room. We arrived mid-afternoon before most other guests checked in. I was given a king handicapped room, I do not like handicapped rooms. When I requested a switch, even though there were plenty available because other guests hadn't arrived yet, I was denied. This is even more infuriating because I am a Hilton Diamond member. We will NOT stay at this property again. "
