"We had a great time during our 2 night stay. We had campfire and our own celebration for 2 of us and 2 other guests from other room. Services were excellent all staff was very friendly and efficient. Sandesh took very good care of us and provided exceptional hospitality. Manager Dharini Gouda helped us with Mysore sightseeing tips. He was like family to us. The coffee plantations and foggy mornings were so beautiful. Amazing experience! "

"Nice clean rooms , good room service, staff is polite and helpful. Parking is little away wrt your luggage. Signage’s can be better as there are two Suvarnas at the same place - Regency and Comfort. With other establishments on the same plinth , we had to move around to actually get into Suvarna Comfort. But thereafter it was all good . "

"Room was big enough, the bed was firm, the hot water was available and hot, the restaurant food was varied, tasty and served in reasonable time. The place is a little out of the city centre but still close to everything. Only problem we encountered was at checkout when their EFTmachine wasn’ Working - luckily we had cash."

"The stay was comfortable but I expected a lot more for the price I paid. The room and bathroom is very basic. Other than 2 beds and a small cupboard, there is nothing else not even a dust bin. I feel you are paying too much of a price just for the scenic beauty around you. The service was good and the local food served was tasty. Overall a comfortable stay with family."
