"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Reception staff were incredibly friendly, helpful & efficient. Our room was cosy and perfect for our two night stay. Location was spot on for walking to everything. We didn't eat at the hotel but had drinks in the 8th floor bar, fab views, great selection of drinks & again very lovely staff. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is great, the rooms are unique with the large round window, and a superb shower. Beds are comfortable too. A tip for everyone! There is a small ventilation window, hidden behind the curtain. Breakfast was ok, but really geared towards vegetarians. Transport links are great , main station only 150 mts away. Great view from the rooftop terrace. The staff in the hotel are exceptional, friendly, and very helpful. Highly reccomended"

"There were no staff to speak off that we saw, other than the restaurant and they were great. Though this was not a problem. It was super easy to get to our room. There was not much in the area but again this was not an issue for us because the metro was a short walk. The hotel room was clean and spacious - I traveled with my two teenage daughters and they really enjoyed the bunk bed. They also loved the Nutella pizza in the restaurant! Will stay here again."

"We has a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was super easy to get to, and the metro station was right across the street. The bed was super comfy, the shower was great, and the staff was super friendly. The free coffee and tea station in the lobby was the cherry on top. "We were massively surprised at how lovely this property was. Staff were super friendly, the dining area we didn’t use but they have free coffee all day so used it for that which was a super treat bring coffee lovers. Room was massively spacious, clean we actually loved it. Just down the road from the tram into the city centre which we navigated without any issues. "As other people have stated the carpet did have stains on and it wasn’t overly modern, however the room and bathroom were very clean. The sheets were pristine with comfy beds. Location was perfect. Staff were friendly and communication before our stay was fantastic including organising a chocolate cake for my daughter’s birthday. Would definitely stay again! "

"We loved our stay here. The property is located perfectly in the Inner Stadt. Easy access by walking or public transportation. The staff were so polite, welcoming and helpful with directions, making reservations, anything you needed for a wonderful stay. I would recommend the breakfasts. The breakfast choices were amazing. "I stayed for 4 full days. The area that the hotel is located is very safe and quiet. The train station is about a 5 minute walk which makes it easy to head downtown or to any district for that matter. There is a small market (grocery store) which is right next door about a 1 minute walk when exiting the building to your left. I had a room with a king size bed which was even better than I had expected. It had a huge closet and cubby spaces for whatever items you need to store. A couch with a kitchen area and nice size refrigerator. The tap water in Vienna is the best water I’ve had outside of drinking from some springs on the Appalachian Trail in the mountains. It’s even better than almost all bottled spring water in the United States. Also the running hot water is great and gets very hot! There was a nice table and big TV for a hotel room. Bed was nice and neatly made with a nice presentation. The shower area was large with a nice sink area and very clean. The toilet was seperate from the shower area in its own room and door next to the front entrance of the room which I thought was very nice. I also had a patio area with a table and two chairs which was a beautiful touch as well. Honestly it was like having an apartment. I would recommend and I would definitely stay here again! "
