"We chose this hotel because it's just a 15-minute walk from Alexandra Palace. The area is well-served with shops, restaurants, and cafes, so the lack of breakfast wasn’t an issue—we enjoyed a fantastic brunch at the spot that used to be Jenny's Cafe, just around the corner. The hotel met our needs and was very clean. While the rooms are quite dated and could use some modernising, overall, we had no major complaints."

"Given the price of the stay in comparison to others around the area, it gave real bang for buck. Location was short walk to Seven Sisters and had many options for food whether dine in or takeaway. Room was clean, blackout blinds geat and decent bathroom. Came with some complimentary cereal and tea/coffee. Pub was nice downstairs and staff helpful and friendly. Would happily stay again. "

"This was great inexpensive no frills town home style home. 5 separate bedrooms 1 kitchen and 2 bathrooms that are shared by the renters. I came for a short trip to watch the Ravens play and it was perfect for my needs. My room was clean and comfortable. And had a sink TV refrigerator and an armoire. Just perfect for me or a couple.
