"Lovely clean hotel. Good service. Great night sleep. Only down fall was breakfast as everyone got it free. Came down stairs and wait 35 min for table then had to line up 30 min to get near food. We all had trays so can get all food at once which i dont like. It was not relaxing my kids didnt eat as didnt want to wait and found it to busy. They ran out of lots of things."

"Treated very well, given a noisy placed room initially but was, advised when checking in if I wasn't happy to come back down. I went back and was upgraded to the hillside suite with fabulous views of lord street, spacious with a, spa bath. This gave them more money as I then paid for a late check out. "Booked here with my dog at short notice. Has the expected facilities at an inexpensive price. Low-key, friendly atmosphere without being overly shabby. Polite and helpful staff. A slight annoyance was that my room was up 3 flights plus a walk, then more stairs... and the lift was out of order. My dog is infirm with stairs but fortunately small enough to carry. There's not enough onsite parking for the whole hotel, but free nighttime parking on adjacent streets. The "Gynn" pub across the road is...
