"Was based on the ground floor but this meant that you could hear people upstairs walking around, using the bathroom and watching TV etc (also woke one night to a baby crying). Also had an issue with the kitchen sink not draining (which from the big hole in the garden bed adjacent appears to be "normal"). Rooms were clean and roomy though and beds comfortable."
