"We stayed at this property for our annual family holiday. There were 14 of us aged 4 to 74. We wanted for nothing! The thoughful and kind hosts felt more like family than landlords, without ever invading our space. The location was great and we look forward to a return visit ."

"The hotel I would describe as average. A little outdated and the hallway was decorated in a really dark wallpaper which made it very dark and dismal.. The room was ok and the bed comfortable. The grouting in the bathroom was a bit black and mouldy. The lighting in the room needs to be improved as it was also very dark. The receptionist explained everything and we didn't have any problems."

"Loved the warm welcome and generous basket from Barry when we arrived. Great accommodation. Amazing pool and gardens. Barry always there to help with any issues and even brought us extra logs for the fire on a cold evening. Great bike path along old raikway track into town (we walked it). Great galette place in town for food. Market on Friday morning. Ideal for easy drive to Fougeres, Mont Saint Michelle, Cancale. Really relaxing, lovely stay. Would recommend."

"Conveniently situated for our journey and also for refuelling and a supermarket. Clean, comfortable room and a good shower enabled a peaceful night's sleep. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. A kettle was available on request to make a hot drink. The tasty and filling breakfast was reasonable priced too. We have used this hotel many times and it has never disappointed."

"This rather isolated house was a bit hard to find at first, but it is very well situated with both privacy and sweeping views in mind. We were a bit far from the crowds celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Normandy invasion, but the drive up to the coast was only marred by the huge crowds and all of the dignitaries present for the occasion. "We absolutely love this property. This is our 3rd stay here. It has olde world charm, beautiful ambiance, lovely staff, lots of amenities and dog friendly. What’s not to like. All guests meet for drinks prior to dinner and eat at the same time. Unusual, yes but it works. "
