"It was mostly me that I can't tolerate how's hot the room was and how noisy the street was. Still, the person at the front desk was rude and kept snapping at me. The room is really interesting though so it would have been great if it wasn't so hot at the time. That's all. It's a nice room and hotel. Oh yeah, they lied about having a pool, too. That made me mad. "

"We had one nights stay at the hostel. Service was pleasent and friendly, rooms were clean, beds were comfy and the bathroom was clean and spacious. No air-conditioning in our room though, but luckily Gyumri isn't the hottest town in Armenia. Breakfast was varied and acceptable. The hotel is in the center of town along an old beautiful street as well as close to restaurants, bars and cafés. "

"We got there and they didn't have our reservation. But they offered room key so we can wait comfortable til evening for maneger to arrive. Room had no air-conditioning it was very hot. At that point we decided to leave. We found other hotel down the street that was excellent."

"Wonderful stay. The owner was so very friendly and hospitable. He even shared his lunch and his best cognac with us when we arrived. The guest house common area is comfortable and lovely, painted a beautiful blue. The rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable and cozy. The weather turned cold and there was even heat on.
