"We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The included breakfast was basic but plentiful. We were particularly impressed by the range of gluten free options and the extensive array of different types of milk available. They obviously work hard to cater to all types of allergies. "Beautiful Art Deco hotel with a good restaurant and stylish bar areas. Centrally located in the town centre. Room was comfortable and well equipped. Just one small niggle - the bathroom fan did not work (room 20). Highly recommend. "

"The room I stayed in was big and roomy. And very quiet, I didn't hear any noise. The main curtain was thick and heavy and blocked out most of the outside light. A good supply of tea and coffee and towels. Yes I would be happy to stay again if I am in Armidale. "

"This motel was a most welcome site after a 7 hour drive across NSW. It was perfect. Easy check in, great room, clean, quiet and the restaurant across the road was first class. I would go back to Armidale just to stay here again."

"The only thing wrong was an old outdated television. TV reception was also pretty ordinary. The staff member thought he had fixed the signal issues, but he hadn’t. The signal kept cutting in and out. Otherwise our stay was quite enjoyable."

"Just don’t!!!! Unsafe and dodgy! Full of dept of housing permanent residents. They have their personal crap scattered the full length of the motel in the driveways and all the tables outside the rooms…scooters, bikes, soccer balls, clothing, dirty plates, cutlery…. First room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke. Next room was next door to loud screaming residents with wailing children. Listened to their crap all night and got no sleep. Should have read reviews for this place… I’ve travelled...
