The hotel staff didn’t speak any English (I no we were in Germany but basic pleasantries would have been nice) so don’t expect any help. Didn’t complain about the smell in the room as unable to make ourselves understood."

"Quirky place high up in the mountains. Beautiful setting. Great breakfast and good sizes rooms, however the walls are paper thin so you hear your neighbours at all hours. We didn’t get much of a lie in! Our shower was luke warm and not very powerful. "

The breakfast was extremely disappointing with very limited options, especially on the first morning when only a few other rooms were staying in the hotel, and they did not restock the food or drinks - basically First come, First Serve. We were not advised where to enter the hotel after the reception is closed, and after coming back from Europapark, we found ourselves locked outside with no one to assist us. Only german spoken in the hotel."

The extra charges per person after two persons were not listed anywhere on hotels.com so I will tell you here 50 euros per child 50 euros per adult each after two people in the room so it makes the price of the room about 300 euros per night.
